Hiiii I want to lose 7-8 kgs in the coming 3 months. .. I am doing workouts, walking and exercises daily, but not getting the kind of result as I want. Can anyone please guide me?

I think adding fiber to your diet is great but I recommend that people do it by eating a variety of foods and not just with one supplement.

If you eat 8-12 servings of fruits and veggies a day along with whole grain carbs like quinoa, brown rice, oatmeal, multi grain bread, then you get most of your fiber intake from that.

Remember that a supplement should just supplement and not replace your intake of healthy food.
I believe that by eliminating MOST saturated fats and refined starches from your diet will melt fat from your body. Replace these foods with lots and lots of veggies. It worked for me!
